Review content:
I made my first appointment at Potion in Birkdale Village earlier this week and had to rearrange my schedule to make the appointment work. My appointment was at 10am today. I arrived about 5 minutes early and the spa door was locked. The sign on the door said it would be open at 10am... so I waited outside. Finally at 10:10, I called and left a message saying that I had an appointment and no one was at the spa. At 10:20.... I finally realized... I had been stood up! I called again only to leave another message stating that I would be leaving and to please call me. I decided to walk around the stores at Birkdale Village since I had driven there, hoping that I would get a call soon. No one called until 11am even though the store hours supposedly begin at 10am. Brian rudely said that there had been some confusion and that he couldn't make it in until 11am today, but did not apologize for my wasted time. I understand that mistakes happen, but I did expect them to be more apolegetic and perhaps even offer some compensation for my wasted morning. I barely have time for myself. I definitely wouldn't risk sitting outside this spa again!
