Very poor service. Ordered a cooktop, took twice as long to come in as originally told, (that was before I wrote the check). Finally came in, installed with no problems. One week later a burner goes out. Took 3 visits from the same rude service man over a month to find out the entire unit had to be replaced.\r
Waited again, unit came in, no one available to bring out and install it. I was forced to hire someone else to go to the store, pick it up and install it. What a headache! \r

Never will purchase from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!
