I have never had such a poor experience in a fast food restaurant as I have with the Ortonville, McDonalds. Corporate headquarters should revoke this franchise as they are giving McDonalds a bad name. I went through the drive thru and ordered 10 piece chicken nugget meal, but I wanted a large fry and a medium pop. I was told that I could not have this. The register would not allow them to order this. Is everyone turning into robots. For crying out loud, override the computer. Furthermore, I have been to this drive thru in the recent past and was told I couldn't have a southern style chicken biscuit because they only had one. I thought McDonald's was a fast food restaurant????? I could go on and on about their poor service over this past year since I have moved to the area. Obviously, the franchise holder is oblivous to the activities that are occurring in his/her restaurant.\r
