Snookers has a cool setting with good food and drinks. Yet, the service I received this past week was horrible and hurtful as well. Our server was rude and very in a rush to get me and my friend out of the door. She dropped the bill after we were there for like 7 MINUTES and she made my guest and I feel as if were getting on her nerves and we really didnt belong there in the first place. Shortly after, another staff member took my drink out of my hand in a very rude manner because he said his boss saw my friend drinking it. Now usually this would mean that the person he alledgedly saw drinking the drink was underaged. But if you never asked to see their ID in the first place, how would you know? My friend and I are 21+. We felt very hurt and disrespected. We both wanted to let staff and/or management know how we felt before we left the bar (very shortly after) But we just decided to leave and NEVER to return again. Afterall, we felt like unwanted guests the moment we walked in anyways, so maybe they'd prefer it that way :(
