This company is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. I have a $40,000.00 hvac system that does not work! I call their emergency number and tell them that I have a baby (17 mos) girl and a wife and we have NO HEAT. They NEVER called back! I finally got in touch with someone at the office and they say ""The guy that does those is going deer hunting tomorrow so he cant be there for over a week!!""\r

THEY installed it and they do that!\r
