Review content:
We are a professional couple and have eaten at Bellisario's for years, usually at the bar. The crowds change...Sometimes there are younger people but when we go there is usually a mix of middle-aged people of varying backgrounds, white collar, blue collar...just like the rest of Pgh. The food is absolutely delicious....Scrod siciiano...unique and wonderful house dressing...homemade ravioli...eggplant stuffed w/ spinach and sausage...fish sandwich.....just a few of our favorites. The staff is very friendly and accomodating and the draft beer is cheap. \r
If you are looking for a well decorated, high-end refined bar....this isn't it. If you want a true neighborhood bar and don't mind restrooms that definitely need a facelift and can deal with seeing the owner smoke, ...try Bel's.
