Review content:
Carriage House does an OK car wash. You already know that they take a minimum of one hour. It does not matter when you go, it will take an hour or more. Just plan on it.
My beef with them is that some of their equipment does not work. They claim they give you an ""underbody spray."" I have checked and watched for more than three years and the sprayers underneath are always broken.
I have brought it to their attention, but I am consistently ignored. Today was no different. Even the owner has given me an argument when I tell him. I am sick of it.
It would not be so bad if they did not charge for this service, but they claim they do it, and they do not.
No apology, and the equipment is never repaired.
The owner always reduces staff if the weather turns bad, so you always need to wait a long time.
