Best mobile home park in the area. Safe, secure, clean and quiet. Several swimming pools and recreation areas. Near Jantzen Beach, shopping mall, major stores, Barnes & Nobel, Starbucks, Home Depot , hotels, restaurants, and recreation. Close to boating, fishing, sailing, nature trails and the Columbia River walkway. The tenants of Hayden Island Mobile Home Park speak approvingly of the facility. It is close to both downtown Portland and Vancouver via I-5 and major bus lines. It is near Delta Park, PIR, Portland Meadows and the Expo Center. If you want to live in a manufactured home, you will love Hayden Island.
Pros: clean, quiet, safe and well maintained.
Cons: too much traffic on I-5
