Review content:
I've been into Epperson 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Each time was a disappointment. The first time, I was looking for a Canon (body) to Nikon (lens) adapter. Instead of telling me that they don't carry them, the saleslady said, ""There's no such thing. That's not even made."" and looked at me like I was stupid. I have one ordered from B&H, now. Another time I was in there, I stood behind a guy at the register ready to check out. The the guy in front of me left, the cashier did too. He saw I wasn't holding anything expensive and knew my sale wouldn't matter I guess. Unacceptable. THEN, I went in because I needed an ND filter for my camera. I wanted to make sure I had the correct one, and asked the guy. His reply, ""It looks like this just blurs out the background."" It blurs out ... the ... background. So this $14 filter is all I needed for my video camera instead of the $1200 Letus lens adapter and lens? Wow, that would have been nice to have known a few years ago. No, that's NOT what an ND filter is. Dear Epperson: Your customer service is terrible. Your prices are WAY too high, and you have nothing in stock. You are an abomination to the industry. I have learned my lesson and will forever be going to B&Hphoto or adorama. Pros: location Cons: prices, customer service, little in stock
