Review content:
About a week ago, the one of the two spring coils above my garage door snapped. I was negligent in keeping them lubricated being a first time home owner. I called around to several garage door companies based on Web Reviews. The Door Company gave me one of the lowest quotes, where some other companies wanted to come out and inspect (to only sell). They were also good about returning my calls within the hour if I left a message.
Within two hours, they had a technician come out and replace both old coils within 20 minutes. I was extremely pleased about the efficiency and quality of their work. Definitely worth the money, as it probably would have taken me all day to figure out how to disassemble the garage door support system, and then manage to get the coils to the proper tension.
My garage door is definitely running smoothly now, and is now eerily quiet when it opens and closes that my dogs sometimes don't know I've come home because they were used to the rattling and grinding of old coils.
(Spray WD-40 on your coils and joints if you are hearing noises!)
Pros: Timely repair; returning phone calls
