Liberty Bistro captured my pallet with its Pan Roasted Lamb Dish. A symphony of flavors comes together in the hearty dish. The lamb was tender and savory and I enjoyed every bite. I look forward to coming back and trying the rack of lamb. It?s hard to find a restaurant that knows how to do lamb right, Liberty Bistro definitely has the touch to prepare a fine lamb dish. This place is a true treasure for New Braunfels and should not be missed. Great ambiance, art, and a very nice bar.
