Mi resbalón en la tienda de abarrotes me causó tanto dolor y ansiedad. Me deslicé en un charco y me dañe a mi rodilla, no tenía dinero para pagar la cirugía. Mis hijos hablaron con el manager quien se negó tomar responsabilidad por la caída, aunque sabía que había agua en el suelo. Nosotros buscamos por más de un año un abogado que tomara mi caso, la estatua de limitaciones iba llegar a su fin y nadie tocaba mi caso porque los dos empleados, quienes eran testigos, desaparecieron. ¡Viví en dolor por dos años por la negligencia de aquella tienda! ¡No era justo! Gracias a dios que mis hijos encontraron a David Achord y San Diego Injury Law Center. Ellos tomaron mi caso y me consiguieron justicia.
