Review content:
Our warranty company has had Climatrol come fix our ac/heating unit multiple times in less than a years time. They've said it was one problem after another and they kept bandaiding it over and over. So when it hit 75 degrees in Keller, Texas the ac could not even keep up with that so before it started getting to 95+ we called the warranty company and they sent Climatrol over on May 23, 2012 (which it started heating up at that time already) and they said nothing was wrong. They left all mad because we told them they were wrong. I have yet to receive a work order copy. Then it took the tech over a week to turn in the work order so the warranty company could complete the order on their end. At this point we were waiting on the homeowner (since we rent) to come back into town. Before she came back into town the ac went completely out on Monday June 4th. We called the warranty company and they sent another company out (love them!) and said it was the furnace control board...the same board Climatrol replaced on March 9, 2012. Since the part has a 90 day warranty they had to come back out and fix it. So they told us they could come 5 days later to diagnose the issue....It's 97 degree's outside and 84 inside with no moving air. It would have taken him all of 5 minutes to diagnose the problem so I called begging them to send someone today or tomorrow and they kept telling me it was our fault it didn't work...NO! After they came out on 5-23-12 it started to blow hot air when it turned on then it went out because the company that came out yesterday said it was trying to turn the heater and the ac on at the same time causing the control board to malfunction. So... after Bryan with Climatrol looked and tinkered with it on 5-23-12 and said there was no problem he really caused a BIG problem! Now they do not want to service us or warranty the part (which according to their 90 day warranty has 3 days left on it) because I told them that they caused the problem. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are rude, shady, do not give copies of the work order if they are mad, and over all have bad customer service!
