Would be a negitive star if I could... heres why!!
My husband and I were HUGE fan's of this store, we told everyone about it. Loved the great prices and the staff!!
Until things just started down hill..
One of the staff member's would help everyone else before us, even though we were their first. Alex had us sold on the Rob's Best fish food.. We were getting low so we made the 30 mile drive to pick up more, guess what they were OUT......For more than TWO WEEKS!!! We ordered a couple of tangs. Went and picked them up asked if they could be placed in our tank. They told us yes.... got home and placed the two bags in our tank. waited a good thirty minutes! Swim fishies Swim!!! a week or so later we noticed our baby blue regal(already in the tank for three months) started getting white spots and acting strange. ICH in our tank! REALLY!! we noticed it on one of the tangs we just put in tank. So we treated the tank for ICH and not even three days later our little regal lost her life, one by one our fish started to die off.. Now our tank is EMPTY, all of our fish are dead! Over $800 worth of fish.
NOT HAPPY Customers!! Will NOT be back and will NOT recommend to ANYONE for ANYTHING!!
So Heart broken!
