Does this company even want business? We called twice to try and get a quote. But from the first call, they were so rude and unhelpful! They were evasive and unknowledgeable about even the most basic questions - most companies can give you a starting point re storage space when you tell them you have a one-bedroom place, right? Well, rather than try and help me figure out how large of a storage unit I would need, the guy I spoke with told me ""how am I supposed to know how much space you need"" and ""get another moving company."" I am so blown away that this company is even in business - what's the point when they are so rude to customers!
