SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!! I HAD A DIME SIZE CHIP THAT TURNED INTO A 2 INCH STRAIGHT LINE CRACK AFTER GLOBO CAME OUT TO WORK ON IT. JUNIOR CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT, SAID IT MAY STILL BE VISIBLE AFTER HE WAS DONE, BUT THAT IT COULD BE FIXED. HE HAD ME SIGN A WAIVER ACKNOWLEDGING THIS. THEN HE BEGAN DRILLING AND THE CHIP SPREAD!! NOT ONCE DID HE WARN ME THAT IT MAY SPREAD. INSTEAD AFTER HE ATTEMPTED TO FIX IT, I WAS LEFT WITH A BIG GAPING CRACK. HE SAID THE WINDSHIELD WOULD BE $225... NOT THE $45 QUOTED TO FIX IT. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! I HAVE A COWORKER THAT USED TO WORK IN THE AUTO BODY REPAIR BUSINESS AND SAID HE DRILLED TOO FAST; THAT'S WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM. I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM BACK REGARDING REPLACING IT NOW (SINCE IT CAN'T BE REPAIRED ANYMORE NOW) FOR THE $45 HE ORIGINALLY QUOTED ME AND HIS ENGLISH WAS SOOOOO BAD IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL AND COMMUNICATE WITH HIM. BASICALLY THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED BY GLOBO OR WE WILL BE SUING THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT!!!!!!\r
I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW GLOBO IF YOU DO THE RIGHT THING AS A BUSINESS AND FIX YOUR MISTAKE!!!!
