This company is a phone based service but they will NOT answer their phone! They have you leave a voice message but they do NOT return your call! Since they are to provide a life saving service, this is criminal.
Their medi-pendant does not work and they do not care.
They continue to collect their fee from you but provide NO service. Apparently, they have gone out of business without telling anyone.
