We have worked with Gail Howard of Famous Homes Realty since 2005. Gail has supported us in purchasing two homes, through the successful sale of one home, and has listed another of our homes (which we took off the market for personal reasons). Our experience with Famous Homes Realty has been overwhelmingly positive. Gail’s professional Real Estate experience is extensive and she has been able to answer every question that we have posed in a patient and timely fashion. Her specific knowledge of historic homes serves her southeastern Wisconsin customers well. Gail is cordial, communicates well, and has a network of valuable contacts throughout the region. Gail is efficient, thorough, persistent, and a pleasure to work with. Although we know it has never been the case, Gail’s customer service has always made us feel like we were her only customer. She is very responsive via email, text, and phone call. She has always been happy to meet with us in person as well. Additionally, Gail has repeatedly rearranged her schedule to accommodate our family needs during the home sale process. Above all, Gail is very moral, and her high ethical standards show in every action that she takes. Gail advocates for her client’s best interests. For all of these reasons, Gail Howard has earned our trust and our repeat business. We feel fortunate to have worked with Gail and cannot imagine navigating the home sale or purchase process without her. \r
