My overall experience with this company was good with no complaints but read the whole review. My car broke down late one night and tried calling some companies but most went to voice mail, no answer or no returned calls. This company did have a live operator so decided to use the service because at that point was a lack of options. I thought it was odd that they needed a credit card before they would send the tow truck because I was planning on paying with cash. The phone operator explained the reasons why at which I thought was being difficult. I did think $125 for a 6 mile tow was alittle expensive but I was in a clean tow truck under 30 minutes and the tow truck driver didn't look or act like a creaton. I guess I could have waited longer for another company that may have charged less or provided lack luster service but I was ready to go home! The tow truck driver was super nice and didn't damage my vehicle in the process. The tow truck driver did confirm some of the companies procedures and reasons which I questioned in the beginning but made sense in the end. Overall my experience was positive and would use again if needed.
