I will never bring my vehicle, nor recommend that anyone does, to New England Auto! I was charged $190 to turn down two rotors on my truck. Turning them down consists of taking off a little bit of metal in order to make them smooth again. It takes about 2 minutes to set up the machine, then you walk away, and the rotor is done in about another 10 minutes. New rotors for my truck could've been purchased for the amount they charged me, and obviously new is better than refurbished! The clueless girl at the front desk tried to explain to me why they did this. I could easily tell that she was trying to remember what she was told to say but couldn't really make sense of the amount herself! It's really disgusting this day and age that auto shops like New England Auto are still in business and still getting away with ripping people off! They should be ashamed of themselves!
