Review content:
My parent moved into Summerfield a couple of years ago. At that time they provided fairly good meals and had a management team that truly cared for the residents. \r Over the past year both the food quality and quanty have gone downhill. The meat is tough and food serving staff have been so reduced as to take 2 hours for all to be fed. \r Over the past year managers have changed a couple of times and has now seemingly landed on the worst management team rememberd by long term residents. They are cold and seemingly uncaring. The wife of the team told one of the residents during a management / resident meeting that the question she asked was none of her business. \r I would like to move my parent but friends have been made and tolerate the unfriendly management and down quality enviornment is now easier than making new friends.\r Please consider other options for your loved ones.
