i had been looking for a car to buy for 3 mths, & ive had every bad experience a person can have, dealing with carsales people !when i came acrross affordable auto in oregon city, (&dont get it confused withall the other auto places around portland thats called affordable auto)it was a big releif ,the people there are very honest ( which is rare in there line of business)i had problems with my own car ,& when it broke down on me that day , i stopped in to look at a car there, i had to find a car fast so i cuold go to work, so i took my chances & bought the car i just looked at there cuz i liked it & was going to have it checked out on monday anyway, no time to take to my mechanic,so i told her i just had to trust her, it was making a noise when i started it up, so i took it back for them to fix(cuz they have a 10 day warrenty) they not only fixed the main gasket that was making the noise ,but also fixed the back one, he said he wanted to check to make sure that one was ok too , & it to was going bad,so they fixed that one also! so im thankful they are so thorugh!then on the 10th dayof warrnety there was a problem in the transmission, it took about 3wks before i got my car back,they had took the tranny out 3 times, cuz the problem was very hard to detect, but the mechanic likes to make sure his work is done the very best that it could be done & did not give up until he found the problem & it runs like new ! i cant imagine any other car place that would go through all this & not care about the money they have had to put into this car or the money they lost in mechanics wages, just to make sure i was totally happy with the car i just bought ! they also gave me a car to use the whole time they had mine , also forgot to mention that when they fixed my other car, they called me up to tell me it was done & that they could drop it off at my house,"" who does that these days ? !"" im very thankful i bought my new car there & had my old car fixed there ! i highly recommend that if you need any car repairs or a car to rent & a reliable car to buy, you go here ! cuz if theres anything wrong with it , they for sure will make it right at whatever it takes ! sorry its such a long review, but i cant say enough about this small caring & very honest business, & hope you have the same wonderful experience ive had !
