I was really disappointed in this shoe repair place. I came in with an admittedly odd request of re-soling some boots without the heels on (I'm trying to work on a replication of some boots without a heel) and he told me that he couldn't do it and gave me the number of Lake Oswego Leather Co. I called them, and they said they didn't do work like that and I needed to go to a shoe repair place. Basically got thrown for a loop.
