I ordered a wedding dress nearly 3 months ago for a summer wedding and was told there was easily enough time to get my dress before my big day. Two weeks before my wedding I still did not have my dress and was worried about having enough time to get it altered. I tried not to call too much to ask about the dress, didn't call at all up until about a month before my wedding, the time the dress was supposed to be in, to get an update on how things were going and I was told it would be in soon. My experience seems all to similar to another reviewer on here, half the time I called no one answered the phone only to return my calls sometimes as many as 2 days later, if at all. They do not seem to value their customers in the least, there are many more places around Portland to get a dress. I do not recommend this business at all.
Pros: Shop is clean and tidy.
Cons: Customer service, prices, length of time taken to get dress
