I don't know why such negative reviews from so many girls, EXCEPT: did you not pay all of your deposits ahead of time so the dresses didn't get ordered? Did they not get all the sizes, information etc and YOU left them hanging? I really can't imagine they have been in business all these years if they are as shoddy as you make them out to be! I have used them for proms, my own wedding and now for my daughters proms and my D-I-L's wedding! and they have been wonderful! Never a hitch! Susie is great, but then, I always pay ahead, save my receipts and have all the measurements done several months in advance and don't change the weights much in the meantime. Maybe others should take the advice!
Pros: friendly service, convenient location, willingness to help, good parking
Cons: not the same treatment you get in the larger, urban boutiques
