Review content:
I have used Dee's in the past for my prom dresses and had absolutely no problems. I expected no less when I ordered my bridesmaids' dresses. However, the problems arise when you have to order dresses and they are not in stock. My dresses came in a month later than I was first told and every time I called, someone told me a different story. Each salesperson had a different arrival date for me. The wrong color was originally ordered. I had to be the one to keep tabs on them and persistently call to get any answers. I never felt like my business was appreciated and when I threatened to take my business elsewhere, they gave me false hope to keep my business. Now I am left with very little time to get the dresses altered. Bottom Line: Don't order dresses here unless you want hassle (Brides don't need this extra stress)!
