I stopped using Johnnys a while back, however after a long trip, i wanted a wash and vacuum of the van. You know these places upcharge for the minivans, and i'm ok with that, with one condition. They vacuum it. I'm sad to say that when I arrived home, happy with the wash and dry, I opened the tailgate of the van...and...nope, the vacuum never even made it back there. VERY easy to tell, as the straw, paper wrapper, etc, were still there. I'm not going back. Period. Use Rainbow in Oakley. I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Mike's is good for a simple wash as well.
Pros: good wash
Cons: forgot to vacuum, and the wax does not get the back of the car...
