Visit our REAL website at www.bbplumbingheatingoxfordcom for actual information about our company. Or, better yet, call 513-523-4010 to get REAL referrals from the more than 4000 satisfied customers we have taken care of since 1985. We have no idea who 392 plumber is, he is not one of the customer emails in our data base. We believe he is a disgruntled Ferguson customer who ran his car over a concrete barrier in our shared parking lot last summer, than was angry that B&B wouldn't put in an insurance claim for him.\r

WHY B&B? \r
Knowledgeable, friendly technicians - Masters’ licenses in Plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, A/C), and Refrigeration. \r
Professional Training - Heating/air technicians routinely attend NATE classes through our Carrier Distributor. Plumbing technicians receive regular training in water softeners, water heaters, backflows, etc. WHY B&B? \r
There's a real difference between a licensed professional and an unlicensed handyman. When you need repairs, you want to hire the best available. You want the company who repairs your plumbing, heating or cooling systems to be well-trained, trustworthy, and courteous.\r
