I have NEVER had a bad experience at Rinkov Eyecare in my SIX years as a patient. They are professional and thorough and I recommend everyone when they compliment me on my glasses. Very upfront with their pricing and thoroughly explained the separate fees for eye exams, contact lens fitting, frames, lenses, and contacts to me and my wife. I appreciate this tremendously because I don't want to be charged a package price for the both of us when she doesn't wear contacts and I do. They also only recommended the eyeglass lenses that were best for what I do, which is work at a computer everyday! The don't try to sell me anything that I don't need. They even have a warranty policy on EVERY PAIR of glasses that I buy, frames and lenses. Some frames have up to 2 years FREE OF CHARGE! I was wrestling with one of my kids one day and my glasses fell off, they got scratched right in the middle. I took them in and they replaced them for FREE! You can't beat that! I'll be a patient for life!
