I own a king-sized bed. I ownED a king-sized blanket which I used on this bed. Notice how it says owned. This is my second visit at this establishment. I own a washer and dryer, but since my blanket is so big, I took it to a laundromat, since they have large machines. Reasonable, right? Apparently not. My first visit at this laundromat was a few weeks ago. I washed my blanket, along with off-white sheets and pillow cases. The blanket took FOREVER to dry and it also took a lot of quarters, which are normally used in meters for my car, but that's neither here nor there. After removing my sheets and pillow cases from a different dryer, I noticed mysterious black marks all over one of the pillow cases. Marks that I know came from that machine. Fortunately I could get the stains out at home. That was my experience the first time. Maybe I should have learned my lesson with the black marks, but I am apparently a glutton for punishment. That, and it's the closest laundromat that I know of, and seriously, how often do you have to wash a blanket? Not very often. Anyway, this leads us to today's experience. I only took the blanket this time. After washing the blanket, I put it in a stainless steel drum-like machine which is used to spin whatever it is you put in it, so it can dry faster in the dryer. Well, that awesome machine ripped the hell out of my blanket. When it happened, the owner ( I think) said it was ""too big"" for the machine. The machine is huge and there are absolutely no warning signs that tell you to use that machine with extreme caution. I then said, ""It's ruined."" And the man's response was ""Yep"" and he walked away. I'm sorry but this is not how you treat YOUR customers after YOUR equipment eats their property. In closing, feel free to take your clothes, blankets, or even your wedding dress to this place if you want black marks and/or damages which can not be replaced or repaired to occur. Then deal with a dream boat of a white trash guy who has an obvious lack of integrity. It's a good time... only not really. I had to give it one star to post this. This place doesn't deserve the one star I was forced to give it. Pros: People watching is interesting, I guess? Cons: Your stuff gets ruined.
