We went there a few months ago and the experience was so unpleasant I had decided to just forget it, but when I saw it in the ""Business Spotlight"" today, I had to speak up. First of all, we walk into a near empty dining room, we were told on the phone an hour before that we would need reservations....really...three tables including ours and we needed a reservation. I had always thought this to be an upper end restaurant, I guess I was wrong. I have never been in an upscale restaurant with neon beer signs in the windows. Skipping over many bad events, my son's steak was tasteless, so he asked for the same garlic (if I remember correctly) sauce that I had....the server said that she would check!!! This should have been the kitchen's first clue something was wrong. The server came back and said that for a an additional price we could have the extra sauce. We reluctantly agreed (the meal was costly enough), and was brought out a ramekin of sauce, unbelievable. We complained, still no response from the kitchen or the owner. My husband did not like his food at all, and showed it by not eating it. Again no response..there were other problems....but the straw was as we are leaving the owner tells us to have a nice night....that was it, I told her how horrible our experience was...she did not like what I had to say and followed me to the parking lot to yell....needless to say we will NEVER go there again, nor will we EVER recommend this poorly run and unprofessional place to anyone!!!!
