A dry cleaner is a dry cleaner until something goes wrong. And today Angelo Dry Cleaners bought my business loyalty forever. Last spring we decided to use their free winter storage service after the major winter clothes clean. It frees up closet space and means your clothes aren't smashed - altogether a great service. When we picked them up, all the cleaned items were perfect except for one- a long hooded down coat had shrunk several sizes- it would no longer fit anyone in the family. Here's the good part: within 24 hours of bringing this issue to the management, they agreed to replace the cost of the coat. Now that's service! Not only are the cleaning fluids at this dry cleaners eco-friendly but they stand by their work. Bravo!
