After a bad experience several years back I had not returned to Angelo's until June 16, when I dropped of some winter bulk dry cleaning (thought I'd give them a second chance, as their per pound rate was lower than the other local cleaner). Bad idea! When I went to pick it up on July 3, my previously unwrinkled coats were still crumpled in a laundry bag, untouched. They asked me to come back on July 9 - the clothes were cleaned, but otherwise in worse condition than when I left them. They refused to remedy by pressing, and, the ""manager"" was rude. Incidentally, on each of my 4 visits (drop off, attempted pickup, actual pickup and complaint) there was someone else ahead of me with a problem.
