Review content:
On two separate occasions I dropped off clothes and when I went to pick them up they said they did not having anything for me. After ""pressing' the clerk, he allowed me to check the carousel and we found the clothes. Apparently, the clothes were entered under someone else's account. Most recently I dropped off a shirt and when I went to wear it, I found the collar buttons torn off and a large whole under the collar. Mr Kellog, the owner, said they were not responsible for any damage to clothing. How is this right? A large part of dry cleaning is gaining your customer's TRUST that clothes will be cleaned and returned in the same condition as when you dropped them off - hopefully cleaner and neatly pressed. Am I missing something here??? Mr. Kellog you've lost my TRUST and after reading many other reviews, I see I am not alone
