Review content:
The clothes are adorable but the quality is horrible. I have bought many of their cotton tees and have found several holes in them. Their cashmere and wool sweaters pill easily and I've discovered several holes in them as well. The amount of money you pay for their clothes doesn't equal to the poor quality of the clothing. I do however suggest that if you do buy anything in the store to absolutely buy from their suiting collection. It's a little pricey but the clothes last unlike their casual wear. I have spoken to their district manager about the quality of their clothing and she apologized and gave me a $25 gift card to spend in the store. I appreciated it but the quality of their clothing is still poor. Sorry J.Crew but if I spend the kind of $$ I spend in your store and get poor quality I'd much rather shop at Saks Fifth Ave and get great quality in return.
