I would Never recomend Hauser Furniture to anyone!!!
When we purchased our furniture we paid in full before we left the store and were pleased with the sales man who helped us purchase our couch and end stands. He informed us our furniture would take 7 to 10 days for them to recieve. Two weeks had passed when i contacted the store for the first time to inquire about the furniture. I spoke with Mr. Hauser himself and he iformed me i was wrong, that it takes one week to 10 days to recieve and there was nothing he could do when the furniture Co. has a delay!!! ( No one EVER called to tell us there was a delay!!!! ) He stated he will call us when the furniture arrived but he had to get it in his doors before it could come through mine!!! ( RUDE!!! ) Almost a month after my purchase date and a couple days after the date Mr. Hauser gave me to expect my furniture to come in, my husband called again to check on the furniture since no one contacted me.He spoke with a lady she told him it would be a 5 to 10 more days!! ( OMG!! Really? ) I called the very next day as this info didn't sit with me very well. The lady told me it would be in the following Monday which was one week to the day. I asked if there was a problem and she said no that waiting a month was QUICK?. I asked why i was told 7 to 10 days then she stated that was just an estimated time! I asked why the Co. had not contacted me to tell us about the delay maybe i would'nt be so upset ... She stated that there was no delay!! Hmmm.... So Mr. Hauser lied and insulted me for no reason? She had no response!.. I scheduled my delivery after she told me if i didn't want to wait another 10 days i'd do it now! Sounded like she was threating me. My furniture was to be delivered on a friday when they recieved it on the monday before... 5 weeks after my original purchase date.... This place is a JOKE! and there customer service is so BAD. The rudest Co. I have ever delt with! I recomend them to No One!
