Review content:
There have been several secretaries at this office that have been very nice, Crystal comes to mind, but what there is now is poor. My son likes his doctor and this is why leaving this practice so hard. The person running this place, Alice is a nasty person. It was bad enough when she was rude to me in front of my son, but she was also to another patient and then made rude remarks about this other patient to the staff which I could hear in the waiting room. I have never seen this behavior where I have worked or at any other office. I hope I can resume with my doctor...elsewhere.
