It started out as a phone call. That should have been my first clue. The woman who answered was rude, uneducated about the services offered, and therefore quoted me a mini ""detail"" for ""20 or 30 dollars, but I can't tell you until we see your car"". I asked if this would include a dressing of my dashboard and vinyl and she said, ""yes, ma'am, your car will be clean"" in a rude voice. She made an appointment for the next morning. I was on time only to discover no appointment had been logged for me. I had already removed my car seats. The manager attempted to tell me that I hadn't called. I pulled out my phone to show the time I called and made the appointment to which he backed down and said he did remember. He was very defensive, rather than apologetic. I should have left right then. So they told me it would be an hour and a half. I went inside...generally was treated rudely. My kid got yelled at for touching something; this after we'd been there an hour and a half. I paid $96+ dollars for something I was quoted as at 1/3 of that. I didn't complain. I waited and waited, finally getting my car. It was not vacuumed. It was barely touched on the inside. I was quite surprised, and asked the kid if this was because they had squeezed me in. He said ""no, we're supposed to vacuum even the basic washes,"" and he (a very nice kid) got a shop vac and continued to vacuum at which point the manager came over and said ""is there a problem?"" (I still probably wouldn't have even said anything...just not come back for a ""mini detail"" but he asked) so I said ""I don't understand how this is clean for$100...there are crumbs everywhere."" He informed me that in the condition my car was in, that's as much as they could do. I said ""I just vacuumed my car yesterday (which i had, because I was going to do this myself, but then figured I'd take it to them to wax the outside, and dress the dash) He said very very rudely ""Well, shouldn't that tell you something then, if we couldnt' get it any cleaner and you had to vacuum yesterday?"" I was kind of astonished, but said ""no...it was just like this on the inside yesterday"" He said ""well, me and three others approved this, so are you trying to tell me that we're wrong?"" I said ""yes, I am!"" and he walked away muttering ""I don't have time to listen to this!"" As the manager, I think he absolutely needs to make the time to listen to that. Because that treatment of a customer has just prompted me to write this negative review. I would have let everything else go...probably never would have gone for a $100 job again, but I wouldn't have told the world how awful their customer service is. I've never been treated like that by the manager of a company. In this economy, if they can afford to lose business, they must be doing well. Even if this happens to one customer a week, that's $5000 a year...(probably more because they'll tell others to never use their business again). There was one guy there, after the manager walked away, who was very nice, asking if he could help me with my carseats...I think he may have been another manager? possibly the owner. However, I was clearly CLEARLY upset, and he did not ask what was wrong. This in my opinion is just simply bad business and Andy's Aquasonic will NEVER get mine, my family's or my friends' (if I can help it) business again. The kid who waxed my car did a very nice job, however. I was pleased with the outside which did look clean (Although I had to dress all the plastic when I got home and the tracks were filthy). Pros: was job was well done Cons: customer service is the pits, overpriced
