Review content:
Near just about every amenity in the downtown Santa Rosa area, this hotel met just about every expectation I had during my stay of 4 days and 3 nights.
The concierge was always on top of any needs I had during my stay including wake up calls and requested items sent to my room. The only suggestion (which would have gained it the 5th star) was my request for information on shuttles to the nearby airport. To those wondering, check out a local company called Airport Express that runs shuttle
service from Sonoma County Airport to Oakland and San Francisco airports for a reasonable fee.
I easily would have rated this hotel a 4.5 star rating had City Search let me do half star ratings.
