Review content:
This "Chile Man" is absolutely incredible. I took a ride out to his farm a few weeks ago where he grows all sorts of things including several different kinds of hot peppers, chilies and other spices. He makes everything from sauces to dips to marinades all on this farm. While you are at his farm you can take a quick tour of his facility (the 1 room where all the chilie is made) and of his farm and you also get to taste test lots of his products. Everything is professionally packaged and sealed with nutrients and ingredients. You might find his products at Wegmans, I heard they were there, but haven't looked yet.
He has sooo many different flavors to please all palates, some burn your toungue, and some are not so hot. My favorite salsas are Summer's End, and Basilicious. Try his salsa and you will never eat any other salsa again.
Its also fun in the summer or spring to just take a ride out to his farm and spend an hour or two there. He usually has a small band playing, plenty of salsa and chips, and of course lots of water to cool those burning toungues!
