Review content:
I went to this shop a few times to get my hair done but the owner Rose has a bad attitude, she talks down to the other stylist and doesn't even smile upon entering. As the owner you would think she would be friendly and always greeting clients, her whole appearance is not welcoming. The other stylist are great, the vibe is great when the Rose isn't around ,but once she comes in the shop, the mood changes and she plays madonna or techno music instead of nice relaxing music.\r

She either needs to clean up her act or the other stylist will end up leaving, no one wants to come into a shop where the owner is a nothing, she either needs to get some or clean up her act before Urban Roots will be Dead Roots.
