I took my jeep in due to a growling sound from the drive train. I wanted to drive with the service manager but was told that only techs do test drives and they are not at work yet. I went to work where I received a call telling me it was definitely my transfer case no doubt. I never got to take that test drive . After spending three days with a rental, the part was in and my jeep is ready. When I arrived the service manager said"" now that we fixed the transfer case,you can hear grinding still from your differentials"". Sorry but it is still the exact same noise as before. The mechanic miss diagnosed the problem and realized it after he made false repairs. These guys even put on my receipt that we did free inspections to see what else was making the grinding noise proving they realized they still had a problem.Pushing the buck is a standard here. This dealership will not be around much longer so please do not support them and they will be unable to scam anymore.
