We moved here from the DC area, thought we left the best Asian food anywhere. Prasai's is fantastic, the best we've ever had. Rick and Amme prepare consistently fresh, flavorful, authentic Thai cuisine. The salmon is poached then served with a tasty sauce and thin slices of red pepper. We always get an order of cashew broccoli. The kids like the #8 appetizer, which is like veggie and shrimp tempura. My husband gets his meals ""five star"" spice while I prefer just one or two. The service is always prompt and courteous. Prasai's is easily the best restaurant in this area and probably beats out every other Asian restaurant in the state of Idaho. A real gem in Gem State!
