My wife and I are absolutely totally delighted with the entire process of working with Rolling Ridge. In my many, many years of home ownership, I can't recall a more professional, attentive, communicative relationship that extended in this company's totally topnotch spectacular custom work in building our home's deck. \r

Without advance fees, Barry provided several different design approaches to meet our objectives. He was direct and informed and instilled a lot of good will and confidence from the beginning. \r

The project was managed by a very cool website tool in our case (yep, I'm a bit of a techie), and I could see plans and documents and schedules with a calendar and interact seamlessly in any messages -- as the project started and was completed. Barb (at the office) arranged for Gary to carefully place a large dumpster on our home driveway (critical because of wheelchair access needing to be preserved during a Christmas visit of Jean's moderately handicapped mom). Barb is pleasant , efficient and easy to deal with and Gary (the project manager) was attentive (at one point even calling us about an issue during a weekend breakaway).\r

The company took enormous pride in its work and a fabulous carpenter named Joey just beautifully crafted the deck. I had one design concern arise and Barry met with Joy and I immediately and we addressed a small change easily. The company staff was pleasant and attentive and did a completely perfectionist deck build. They are true craftsmen, just awesome.\r

The Fiberon Tropics composite material is absolutely stunning, a ""must see to believe"" look. Barry included a contrasting composite posts and facing with a dramatic final appearance. (It's no accident that one of Rolling Ridge's decks using this amazing product is featured on Fiberson's national brochure.)\r

Our experience with Rolling Ridge was just extraordinary -- in every respect. I highly recommend Barry Street and his company to anyone!
Pros: Personal Attentive Followup, Beautiful Craftsmanship, Perfectionist Attn to Detail
Cons: absolutely none I experienced
