I only continue to go to this practice because it is close to home and I like the Doctor. However, the staff is very unprofessional. I have watched them argue with clients over the phone and then make rude remarks after hanging up. Recently when I called to make an appointment, the girl answered the phone and did not even state the business name - just 'hello.' It is almost like they have never had a job in customer service before and are right out of high school because they really lack customer service and proper etiquette skills. Like I said, Dr. Everson is great, but I really wish he would either send his staff to additional training or fire them and get a new staff that is more professional.
