Review content:
Marshalls has the wonderful, yet unique, abiltiy to make me feel like a criminal when I go into this store, which after my last experiance is NEVER AGAIN.\r
I used to love to browse through the racks to find bargains. But the last two times I went I was herded like cattle and treated like a criminal. \r
When you go to the dressing room, you have to place your picks on a rack and have them counted by the attendent who gives you a numbered card. Upon exiting the dressing room, you must have your items counted for exiting approval. \r
When you decide to check out. There isn't a friendly ""Next!!"" called out by the checkout clerk. Instead, a very loud and intimidating automated message calls out ""Next customer, proceed to check out number 4"". .... wow!\r
They must have had quite a bit of trouble with shoplifting to go to such extremes, but really, do you have to change the would aura of the store to prevent loss. \r
I will tell you this, Marshalls, you have lost all of my business in the future. I am sure that is going to cost you a lot more than a few lifted items. \r
\r
Oh, FYI, your store was never clean either. It mimicked a second hand store. But even with that, I kept coming back until the change in policy by the management on how you treat your customers.
