Yeap, I'll agree this office is a bit different than most . It's not as tidy & a little less organized but I LOVE it anyway . \r
NO STUCK UP , RUDE people here . I've only seen down to earth & caring people .\r
I LOVE the fact that Dr. Waller hangs out in the front office while wearing his hawaiian shirts & answers the phone or talks to others waiting to pick up their animals when he's got a few minutes of down time . To me that just shows he dosn't think he's better than anyone else there & it give you a chance to REALLY get to know him . \r
My male puppy just about a month ago got fixed. \r
Dr. Waller did use the wire suture that someone on here was complaining about and yeah , I was suprised when I First saw them but it ended up being perfectly fine . NO problems at all !! I was also give the antibotics , pain med.s & care sheet that told me ALL I needed to know including a phone number at which to reach him at if needed before leaving . \r
For there to be several complaints on here I must say everytime I've been at Dr. Wallers office it sure is busy . He must be doing plenty right !!\r
