I've been here in Tucker little over a year looking for a grocery store with good prices and great customer service. I can safely say now that after several tries at this location ,they have struck out almost everytime;bigtime! My latest visit last night , I brought my 20 dollar western union money order to buy groceries. I bought the m.o. at this same location 1 month ago. Unexpected expenses this month forced me to use this for the purpose of keeping fed in this tight month. Kroger cust.svc told me I could not redeem this Money Order for 20 cash or groceries. I went to bed last night hungry ! They stated all sales are final and though I only wanted my 20 and not the initial sales fee; they sent me out in the cold with a worthless piece of paper. I even tried to buy groceries at the Walmart next door to Kroger and they don't accept Western Union or cash them in their bank ! I shop at publix and still looking for a low price store but so far don't have any positive recs for Kroger or Ingles due to high prices and rude uncaring employees and management.
