When my natural gas grill needed replacement parts, I went over to the place where I bought, just like I did a year before to only find out they went out of business. No parts, no website zip. This put me in a position to buy a new grill. I started looking at new gas grills and had heard a lot of good things about the Big Green Egg.
Now, I live a stones throw away from Roswell Hardware I have seen this place a million times and never once thought about going inside. But when I was out looking at grills, I thought I had to at least stop in and see what the deal was about the BGE.
I walked out with a new large egg. And I could not have been happier. The upside for me is, I can wander over there in less than a 1 minute if I need something.
The sales staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. As for the product itself, it is the best damn grill I have ever owned and I am thinking about getting a bigger one. Note, I plan to keep the other one as well.
