Review content:
I went to dine here with my friends for my birthday. We thought it would be a good place to eat, but was we wrong. The service was absolutely awful. The waitress bring my friends food out, but she didn't bring my food out until 15 mins later, because she forget to put in my order. If I didn't ask, ""Is my food almost ready?"" she probably wouldn't bring it out. The manager appologize to us, and offer me a cup of chili soup on the house, but they never bring it out to our table. They also never have the thought of giving us refills on our soft drinks until we ask. I mean if they see our glass empty with no drinks left, and we're still eating, shouldn't they have common sense and give us refills? IT WASN""T BUSY EITHER!!! We also ask for hot sauce twice, but they never bring it out until our food is almost done. The waitress also gave the wrong change to one of my friend. That was the most horrible service ever, and the waitress didn't appologize to us!!! The only OK thing about it was the food, but all Chili's restaurants taste almost the same anywayz...
